For the one that has so much on their plate and they can't imagine fitting one more thing in, but at the same time see that they need to take some time for themselves and time on their body. When you think of getting help you just are not sure where to start. Pain, sleep, exercise, bladder/bowels, nutrition etc. This is an assessment that looks where your body is now, how you want to feel in your body and what can we take off you plate to make room for these changes.
