Wanting to do something for you? This group will be a combination of fun movement, accountability, and stepping into your power. If you want to make a change, let’s chat about this new program!
These sessions will be exercise and mindset-based with stations so you can get one-on-one support as needed from me and make it easier to balance a baby as well if needed. The workout will be aimed at 45 mins the extra time is to have the flexibility to get there with a baby and to have time to socialize. There will also be a Facebook group to help keep you accountable through the week and to ask questions and journal prompts to help you work towards your goals.
